About Us
This site features an online, searchable database - for locating crew, equipment, and film and video production related services - throughout Oklahoma. Listings in the database are restricted to individuals who maintain a residence, or companies, which are incorporated in Oklahoma.
In addition to the online guide, there are Palm OS database files, which can be downloaded for FREE. As far as we know, we are the ONLY state in the nation offering this unique service.

The Oklahoma Film Commission is an independent, statewide Film Commission, and is a separate entity from the similarly titled “Office of the Oklahoma Film and Music Commission”, a division of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Committee.
About the Guide
The database files are built around a “customized” version of the Palm OS 4.0 Desktop Application. This database can be run on both desktop and laptop computers, as well as hot-synced to a wide variety of Palm, Handspring, Visor or Sony Cleo products.
You can infrared beam the contact data between two PDA devices, or a PDA or communicator device, and an infrared equipped cellular phone. You can also hot-sync the database with the contact file (see extras) on an iPod (using a software application called iSync).
There are vCards export files, which can be created from the Palm application, which can be imported into the Address Book application in the Mac OS. These vCard files can also be imported into Microsoft Outlook and Entourage.
The Palm OS application also has the ability to PRINT customizable versions of the production guide, along with printed copies of any searches of the database. To our knowledge, this is the first-of-it’s-kind film and video production guide - based on the Palm OS Desktop Application.
